We are not responsible for ANY damage to the decals or any surface it is being applied to during installation by the customer. If you, as a customer, are not certain about the decal installation procedure, it is your sole responsibility to seek this information from a qualified source. Please read and follow our instructions properly.
Wrong Shipping Address
We are not responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect address that the customer has submitted during the purchasing process. It is the customers responsibility to re-order their product again with a proper shipping address.
We will not be responsible for delays in shipping including local shipping errors or delays or international customs issues and delays. We will, however, make every effort to resolve any situations if possible.
Damaged or Lost Shipment
If your package has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will notify you as to what procedures will be taken in order to solve this issue. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or damaged shipments by any 3rd party carriers.
